Eligibility

• Nationals of low- and middle-income countries (EU citizens not eligible)
• Academic record equivalent to High Distinction or higher
• Must first secure admission to a KU Leuven doctoral or predoctoral programme with an identified supervisor

How to Apply

1. Identify a KU Leuven supervisor and secure admission to a doctoral or predoctoral programme
2. Have your KU Leuven supervisor submit the Global Minds scholarship application on your behalf

4. Arrange a co-supervision agreement with your home institution
5. Submit all materials well before the February deadline, as late applications are not accepted
