Eligibility

• Applicant must be a woman who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Must undertake a full year (not partial year) of study/research at an accredited U.S. institution
• Online/distance-learning-heavy programs are not eligible
• Preference given to candidates with a demonstrated commitment to women's and girls' advancement
