KOICA Scholarship Program

Overview

A scholarship from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) aimed at mid-career professionals from partner developing countries, funding Master's and PhD study at top Korean universities in fields such as public policy, development, agriculture, climate change and digital innovation.

Funding

Full tuition, monthly living allowance, airfare, accommodation support, settlement allowance, insurance, and funds for extracurricular/research activities

Eligibility

• Must be a citizen of a KOICA-designated partner country (drawn from the OECD DAC list of ODA recipients)
• Typically requires current employment in government, public service, or a related organization - not generally for fresh graduates or private-sector applicants

How to Apply
